At CabinetMurphyBed.com the customer is the top priority. Therefore, we do accept returns of cabinet beds within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days to schedule a return.
The return shipping of the cabinet bed is the responsibility of the customer. You will be responsible for repackaging the murphy bed and the return freight costs. We recommend holding onto the original packaging until you are content with your purchase. The original freight charges for your order will also be deducted from the refund.
Cancelling your Order
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If we catch the order before it ships you will not be held responsible for any charges and we will issue you a full refund. However, if the order did ship, you will be responsible for all shipping charges. Orders that are refused due to buyer’s remorse, not liking the product, or not wanting the product will be considered a return and subject to a refund minus all shipping charges.
